INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Bird Dog Select Reserve

• 0.5 oz. Red Wine (fruity, medium body)

• 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

• 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add Bird Dog Select Reserve, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake to combine.

2. Double strain into a glass with ice.

3. Float the wine on the top of the drink by gently pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
