Bourbon Peach Smash

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey

• Half A Large, Diced Peach

• Mint Leaves

• 0.5 to 1 oz. Brown Sugar Syrup

• Splash Ginger Beer or Club Soda

• Mint Sprigs (garnish)

• Peach Slice (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add peach, mint leaves, brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

2. Gently muddle to release the peach juices and mint oils.

3. Add Bird Dog Peach Whiskey, fill the shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Top with ginger beer or seltzer water.

6. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and a peach slice.
