Blackberry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Bird Dog Blackberry Whiskey

• 6-8 Fresh Blackberries (build and garnish)

• 2-4 Fresh Mint Leaves (build and garnish)

• 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

• 3 oz. Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

• Sparkling Water (chilled)

• Lemon Wheels (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a dry cocktail shaker (no ice), gently muddle 4 blackberries, 2 mint leaves and simple syrup until well combined.

2. Add Bird Dog Blackberry Whiskey and lemon juice to the shaker and fill with ice.

3. Shake well to combine all ingredients and strain over two tall glasses filled with ice.

4. Top drink with chilled sparkling water.

5. Garnish with remaining mint, blackberries and lemon wheels.
