Honey Whiskey Mojito

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz Bird Dog Honey Whiskey

  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • Juice of 1 Lime

  • Lime Slice (garnish)

  • Mint Leaves (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place fresh mint leaves, honey, sugar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Then muddle with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Add ice, Bird Dog Honey whiskey and ginger ale then shake ingredients vigorously in the container.

  4. Strain mixture into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint and lime.
